OUR PARTNERS
AND THEIR IMPACT
PHE Canada is the national charitable organization focused on fostering healthy, active kids by promoting and advancing quality physical and health education opportunities and healthy learning environments.
Through programs like STOMP (Students Together Moving to Prevent Tobacco Use), they support student-led strategies to prevent and reduce tobacco and vaping use.
This work is guided by The Blueprint for Action, developed with the Public Health Agency of Canada, which helps schools apply evidence-based approaches to prevent substance-related harms while promoting overall youth wellbeing.
The Lung Health Foundation (LHF) is Canada’s premier resource for lung health and has been working to improve the lung health of Canadians for over 100 years.
As part of their youth-focused efforts, they offer Quash—a free app that helps youth quit smoking or vaping by guiding them through each stage of the quit process with self-motivated, positive support.
They also promote the Brief Conversations Toolkit, developed with Ontario Public Health Units and the Lung Health Foundation, to equip those who work with youth to have effective, supportive conversations about nicotine use.
Join us virtually from wherever you are.
The Addressing Vaping in Schools – Conference Series began by bringing people together in person for deep learning, honest dialogue and meaningful connection. From the start, the series prioritized creating space for diverse perspectives and ensuring that all voices could be heard.
The virtual conference builds on that foundation by removing barriers to participation with:
-
Recorded sessions for on‑demand access
-
Live Q&As with sector experts
-
Regional breakout sessions
-
Flexible access from anywhere
-
Dedicated networking time
This opens the conversation to more communities — including those who may face geographic, financial, or scheduling challenges. By offering delivery in both official languages and in a virtual format, the series ensures that equity, accessibility, and inclusion are woven into every aspect of learning and dialogue.
